Product Request Form Submission

About PRFs

A Product Request Form (PRF) is required for design approval and production of apparel, merchandise and promo items affiliated with Mizzou campus departments, student organizations, club sports and MU Health Care.

Submitting PRF with artwork

  1. Download and complete Product Request Form (PRF) with campus client.
  2. In the Affinity Gateway, start a new artwork submission.
  3. Upload the design file.
  4. Select “University of Missouri” as Primary Licensor.
  5. Check “Internal Consumption”.
  6. Attach completed PRF under “Upload Product Request Form (PRF)”.
  7. Licensing and Brand Management will review artwork and PRF.
  8. Once artwork is approved, move forward with production.
