The primary fight songs of the University of Missouri, usually played back to back and connected with a cheer, Every True Son and Fight Tigers are two songs that every Mizzou fan knows. While Every True Son was originally the name of the fight song, the name has become a slogan that all Mizzou fans recognize as representing the University of Missouri, which is a flagship, land-grant institution and one of only 71 universities across the U.S. and Canada to be a member of the prestigious Association of American Universities.
